Missing drivers after XP install.

Hi there everyone first time using these forums, I have just installed Windows XP over a problem version of Windows Vista and was faced with a problem I've had many times.. missing audio and video drivers.

Now I don't have any access to a disc I used to own with all the necessary drivers on it and I can't seem to locate the correct drivers for my NVIDEA GeForce 6100 and I'm unable to determine what my sound card is.

I have three conflicting devices of which I include a screenshot.
