Reading CPU temps in speedfan

Hi, I'm using Speedfan to measure my CPU temperatures when stresstesting my system. I found out that my CPU has a max. (tcase) allowed temperature of 72.4 degrees celsius. In speedfan I'm reading the following temperatures:



I'm confused whether I should be taking the CPU or Core0/1 temperature into account?
