I have a Sony Vaio laptop. Just recently the V key has become hard to press. You just can't tap it, like the other keys, you have to push it. But it will make the contact and type the V (or successfully paste with CTRL V). Can anyone give me an idea as to what may have caused this and how to fix it? If it was a normal keyboard I would pop the key, clean out from under it and replace the spring (if it had one). This is an older laptop, had it since 2007 and I bought it used then.
