I bought a Cooler Master 212 EVO and am ready to install it. I noticed that at the end it says "Don't peel off the insulating tape. The insulating tape must face the motherboard"
So my question is, do I still apple the pea sized amount of thermal paste on my CPU before I install the heatsink?
