Blue Screen after adding Netgear USB Adapter

I installed a N150 WiFi USB Adapter Model WNA100 to my desktop without first checking for updated drivers. I used the CD that came with it for the install. This has caused a huge problem, I can't boot up my computer except in SafeMode. So, I couldn't download the utility above, I am using a different computer to access this site.

However, I am running Windows 7 and here is some info that might be helpful to you.
OS Version 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID 1033

The Blue Screen error is as follows:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. The faulty driver currently on the kernel stack must be replaced with a working version.

Technical Information:
*** STOP:0X000000C4 (0X00000000000000F6, 0X0000000000000110, 0XFFFFFA800BB1DB30, 0XFFFFF880043FA109)

I was on the phone with Netgear support for a couple of hours and they couldn't figure out how to uninstall the bad driver. I see the bad driver but there is no uninstall when I click on the driver in programs.

I did download a new driver onto a flash drive but I don't know how to replace the bad one with the good one.

Thank you for your help.
