New SSD - PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel . . .

Hello,

I am having trouble with a new SSD I just installed. Here are some of the details:
- Dell Insprion 14z - 5423 Laptop
- Old HDD: 500GB HDD in and there is a 32GB SSD component. I don't know if that is on the drive or MB. Not too familiar.
- I installed a new Samsung EVO 840 1TB SSD
- Old drive was running Windows 7 Ultimate

If I do let it boot up without entering BIOS, this is what the screen shows.

Intel UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build 083)
Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation

For Atheros PCIE Ethernet Controller v2.1.1.1(12/23/11)

Check cable connection!
PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel PXE ROM.

Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

Here is some info directly from the BIOS:
- BIOS Version: A12
- CPU Type: Intel Core i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70 GHz
Fixed HDD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 1TB (1000 GB)
SATA ODD: HL-DT-ST DVD+/-RW GU60N
mSATA Device: Samsung SSD PM830 mSATA 32GB (32 GB)
System Memory: 8192 MB (DDR3)
Extended Memory: 640 kb
Memory Speed: 1600 MHz

Does the fact that there is still the 32GB SSD showing matter?

What I have done"
- Removed battery, removed SSD. Replaced SSD and battery. Same result.
- Checked all cables (I think) a few times.
- Tried booting from DVD ROM, but no luck, which I am assuming is cause I am having an issue with the hard drive.

Thank you for any and all time and assistance provided.
