My computer shut down ,didn't know.tried to reboot 2 times ,started then shut off,opened ,cooling fan bracket broke,fixed bracket,turned on ,then computer ran for a longtime saving data,said completed but would not save to disc,tried several times,all of a sudden the computer started loading new files,could not stop, when completed installation,I had totally lost all files,I tried to reset to a past date ,would only reset to time of new system.I was told the system has a factory installed settings,it installed and formatted the factory settings ,I cannot find any of my data so far.....may have lost all, sense the new installation was formatted , you may not be able to retrieve any lost memory or files,I had just started to backup system and had neglected to do it Need Help.Could someone explain this problem or is their a solution.
