Hello guys,
I have a really stupid problem... Recently my PC started to act weird, first it froze while browsing, after i restarted it it froze while loading windows. After that i turned it off and started again after a few mins, but nothing would happen, the "on" light would turn on but thats about it. I had 3 DDR2 modules on 800Hz, one 2 GB and two with 1 GB. After i removed the two latter, the PC started to work normally, so i thought 2 of my modules gone dead, the next day i brought 2 replacements modules and thats when things started to be really weird, when i put in just 1 of the modules it works fine (3 gb total), but if i use all 3 modules the PC cant start again, i tested out all 4 slots and all 3 RAM modules and all of them work fine (basically i spent half an hour swapping the modules in different slots and every possible combination)...so if someone has a suggestion i would like to hear it ;)
oh btw im using 64 bit Win 7, and my PC worked fine with this setup for a long time.
