Please read my previuos discussion to see what I'm talking about. [link removed]
I don't see how MENTIONING an illegal activity can make it WRONG
I am NOT Asking for help on an illegal activity - I ONLY said that I USED an illegal version
The REAL Purpose to this thread is to try to make my victimized USBs working again.
pointers
# Rufus was used on Windows 8.1
# Sandisk Cruzer Orbit has been through Rufus and has been completed, Now there is NO trace of USB activity
# Sandisk Cruzer blade has been through Rufus, but the task was cancelled. Now the USB cannot be detected in My Computer, But in Device Manager it does, But it cannot be accessed.
# Since Rufus has done a task, My Computer has not been able to detect any USB drives since. To access USB drives that has not gone through Rufus, has to be accessed manually.
# Both victimized USBs has been tested for any activity on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS on an Acer Aspire 5315. Note that the laptop is a hand-me-down. It had a BSoD and the owner said I can keep it if I could Fix it. I fixed the BSoD by replacing the original OS (Windows Vista) with Ubuntu.
# Both USBs can be detected on the Boot Manager (maybe there is a dedicated OS to fixing drives?)
# Rufus Link - [link removed]
# In Device Manager, it says this for the 2 usbs - "A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)"
My Aim: Make the victimized USBs work again!
