Hi, i have a problem with a used cpu, it is a amd phenom x4 9850.
The current cpu runs at about 40degrees at the most .. while the phenom was between 50-60 which is quiet too much.
Could it have something to do with the quality of the thermal paste or the way i put it on?
I used two different heatsinks on it, one original which came with processor and another one which made no difference.
What is your opinion?
