Virus From RAM: Is it possible?

Hi all, I need to buy some second hand DDR2 RAM for an old Windows PC that I want to use as a video streaming machine for my whole house. Since I'll be using 2nd hand DDR2 RAM, I was worried the RAM might have a virus. Could it have a virus and then transfer itself to my hard drive? Has anyone heard of this happening before?

I just wanted to know if it was possible for the RAM to have a virus or not?
