HP Envy x2 with Atom 1.8 GHz processor (should I get it?)

I wanted to get a new laptop and I was thinking of getting an 11 or 13 inch laptop/hybrid. I have a desktop PC for heavy work and I'm looking for portability so anything larger would be too much. Although I don't need it right away, I found the HP Envy x2 11-g010nr 11.6-Inch Convertible Laptop for a very cheap price. The problem is that it has an Atom Z2760 1.8 GHz processor.

What do you guys think? Should I get it for less than $500 I should I wait for something better (also for less than $500)?

EDIT: Also, this has Win8 32-bit!
