Hey there, new to this site. :)
I went to turn on my computer today and noticed something strange while the computer was still off. The CPU fan is receiving a small amount of juice just enough to power the LED's but not the fan. Also my PSU is making a clicking sound which I believe is the PSU's fan since it always did have some friction somewhere and the clicking sound "winds down" when I completely unplug the power supply. Listening to the clicking sound, the fan is obviously running slow. No other case fans or components seem to be receiving any power and this all happens when the computer is off. The computer still boots up and seems to run absolutely fine but I didn't keep it on to do any tests. Is something wrong with the power supply or something else? Thank you very much for your time.
System Specs:
Intel i7 920 Overclocked to 4.8GHZ
EVGA X58 SLI Motherboard
EVGA GTX 670 SC 4GB
3 Hard drives
Corsair HX1000W Power Supply
