My Lite-on LH20a1p DVD/RW belt broke so I purchased an identical unit off ebay. I did the install and after re-starting XP could not recognize it or any DVD/RW. All XP recognizes is my Compaq DVD.
I have Googled this problem every which way there is and tried all the answers that sounded realistic and finally (being slow) remembered the Tech Support Guy!
I sincerely hope I can find the answer to my problem with the help here, I can't really afford the shop on SSI.
Thanks guys!
Alan
