pc freezes at mobo logo

while watching a movie from pen drive suddenly BSOD appears and after that it says after a lot of command:
For Realtek.............PCi fast ethernet
PXE-E61:Media test failure,check cable
PXE-MOF:Exiting PXE ROM.

And now while booting PC freezes at MOBO logo

I have a very basic machine with windows XP SP2

Would appreciate any help from you
