Overclocking my Radeon 5850

Hi guys,
I'm attempting to overclock my graphics card, and have succeeded to a certain degree, but I'd like to push it a little further.

Method- Using MSI Afterburner, rather than doing it through BIOS. I'm not looking for extreme results, perhaps just a nice stable 30% increase but I'd go more if I can make it stable.
For stability testing, and performance benchmarking I've been using furmark.

Benchmarking:
I slowly tweaked up the core clock/memory clock, and found that it was starting to become a little unstable at around 940mhz core clock, and 1050, but it sits fairly comfortably at around 930/1010.
This increases the framerates on benchmark from 46 not OC'd, to 56 OC'd.

Cooling:
Originally, with these clock speeds, the temps were a little too high for comfort (sometimes peaking around 78 degrees under full load).
I have since then, installed a liquid cooling system. The liquid cooling system was originally designed for AMD CPU's, and none of the fittings that secure the cooling plate in place were the right size,
so I made my own fitting up, and walla, it works great. Liquid cooling, on GPU.

Current results, and what I want to do now:
Now under full load, on the previously mentioned oc settings, it sits comfortably at around 46 degrees.
The card should be able to perform fine, up to around 65 degrees, so I believe I have room to improve the performance, but I'm thinking I would need to start increasing the Voltage levels a little more, in order to put the core clock speeds up without instability occurring.
Is that right?

Question for the OC community:
Up until now, I haven't really considered touching the voltage levels, because for a noob like me, It could get messy if I do it wrong.
I'd just like to know, if I upped the voltage a tiny bit, should that theoretically allow the clock speeds to be pushed up a little more also?

From what I've read on other OC forums, 950/1100 is the most common oc used for my card, but I can't seem to push it there, so the only other thing I can think of, is to increase the voltage a little bit.
Thoughts?

Current state:
GPU: 930.0mhz
Mem: 1010mhz
VDDC: 1.063V
