Asus M3A temp oddity

Hi guys, I recently had a Motherboard failure (Biostar a770) this was the second one since 08, so can't complain.

Not wanting to do a major upgrade , I found a Asus M/B with the same chipset (new) on E-Bay. (ASUS M3A AMD 770 Phenom supported Socket-AM2+/AM2 DDR2 ATX ) I am running Windows 7 64 bit / AMD Phenom 9500 quad core 2.2 /4 gb ddr2 / GTX 460 V2 / Antec 650 Power supply.
the chipset is the same, however the audio and LAN drivers were different. I downloaded the chipset drivers / Lan drivers and audio drivers from asus web sight, and the newest BIOS update.

I installed the board, booted the PC, installed drivers and flashed the BIOS... everything good, no errors in device manager... good to go....except...I had read this bourd had issues with reading temps, but this has me baffled, here are 3 readings from Everest Ultimate / Speccy and CPUID.. readings on M/B and processor are definitely showing a discrepancy...I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this ? (PC runs Fine... I am just nervous) Thanks... Rhett
