Actually I think this is a electronics question.
I have a Netgear WNDR3700 but no adapter for it.
The input requirements for the Netgear is 12V 2.5A
I have an AC adapter that provides +12V 3.0A laying around the house.
Can this AC adapter be used with the netgear router?
There is also a power symbol on the router with a full circle with a
negative sign in it on the left side A partical circle with a + symbol in it
on the right side on the router. Does that symbol mean anything?
Thank you,
