Stuck in BOOT MENU

Hi I need assistance, I turned on my computer this morning (its a samsung chronos 8 laptop) and the screen was all black and it had an option of boot menu and i am using windows 8.
1. Windows Boot Manager
2.Windows Boot Manager (again I don't know why)
3. SATA CD : : TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-U633J
and App Menu

It will not boot up when i try to select the options of 1. Windows Boot Manager, 2. Windows Boot Manager, or 3. SATA CD : : TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-U633J. Every time i click "enter" on any of the options nothing happens. Could someone please help me?
