Help me find a decent Win7-compatible video capture card

I have some old VHS tapes I want to copy to my computer. My old cap card was cheap and worked great, but the driver doesn't work w/ Win7-64bit. I tried 1 of those RCA-input to USB-output capture devices, but the audio never stays in sync w/ the video. I've tried it on multiple computers and never had any luck w/ it.

So now I'm back looking for a card. It can be very basic -- I prefer RCA inputs, but coax would be ok too. It doesn't need to be HD-capable either, and I don't need any editing software. PCI-e interface would be great, but I can use PCI too. The issue is that it has to be compatible w/ Win7 64-bit.

I'd prefer to keep the budget to $50, maybe $100 at the most. But I can't find what I'm looking for at any price. The closest I've found so far is this card at NewEgg ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16815100049 ) but despite the positive rating, many reviews mention that it doesn't work well w/ SD sources... which of course is the only thing I would use it for!

If I can't find anything, I'll probably just end up doing a dual-boot w/ Win7 and WinXP so I can use my old card... but I'm sure that will be a PITA
